SHORT-TERM Disability (STD)

Protects your paycheck for loss of income due to sickness, injuries, accidents, surgery and maternity. STD allows you to protect 66% of your income and provide protection both on-and-off the job and pays in addition to any sick time and Workers’ Compensation, unlike most of the group short-term plans offered through your employer. STD plans are flexible in benefit and cost, allowing the plans to be adjusted to each individual’s needs.

Accident Insurance

Designed to cover your out-of-pocket costs for any accident or injury. This benefit provides 24-hour coverage on-or-off the job. Family coverage is available for employee, spouse, and dependent children, which is a great way to offset expensive out-of-pocket costs of co-pays and deductibles.

Life Insurance

Individual life insurance policies are available, which are entirely portable if you leave your current employment. Coverage is available for employees, spouses, children, and grandchildren.

There are three levels of term insurance (10, 20, and 30-year terms), whole life insurance, and universal life insurance. Many of these plans have limited medical questions to enroll and do not require blood work or a physical exam.

Critical Illness/Cancer Insurance

Designed to provide you with a significant cash benefit when you need it most—in the event of a diagnosis of cancer, heart attack, stroke, major organ transplant, or end-stage renal failure. Benefits are paid directly to you and can be used how you see fit. Plan includes a wellness benefit paid directly to the insured for yearly physicals.
