Short Term Disability

The plan is designed to protect your paycheck, which is very important to all of us. The benefit protects your paycheck for loss of income due to Sickness, Injuries, Accidents, Surgery and Maternity.

The short term disability benefit allows you to protect 66% of income and provide protection both on and off the job. The Benefit pays in addition to any sick-time as well as workers compensation, unlike most of the group short term plans offered through your employer. The plans are flexible in benefit as well as cost allowing the plans to be adjusted to each individuals needs.

Life Insurance

Available is an individual life insurance policy which is completely portable if you leave your current employment.  Coverage is available for employee, spouse, children and grandchildren. 

There are three levels of Term Insurance (10, 20 and 30 year terms) as well as Whole Life Insurance and Universal Life Insurance.  Many of these plans have limited medical questions to enroll and do not require blood work or a physical exam.  Please reach out for a quote.

Accident Insurance

The Accident Plan is designed to cover your out of pocket expenses for any type of accident or injury.  The benefit provides 24 hour coverage on or off the job.  Family coverage is available for employee, spouse and dependent children.   This is a great way to offset the high out of pocket costs of co-pays and deductibles.

Critical Illness / Cancer Insurance

Provides benefits in the even of a diagnosis of Cancer, Heart Attack, Stroke, Major Organ Transplant or End-Stage Renal Failure.  The benefits are paid directly to you and can be used how you see fit.  These plans are designed to provide you with a large cash benefit when you need it most, and include a wellness benefit which is paid directly to the insured for getting yearly annual physicals.
